We collect the information you enter in the rental pre-screen to evaluate rental eligibility, verify income and rental history, communicate about the application, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.

What we collect

Contact, household, employment, income, rental-history, vehicle, and screening-authorization information. This pre-screen does not request a Social Security number or government ID number.

How information is handled

Applications and generated PDFs are stored in access-controlled systems. Notification emails do not contain applicant details. Information is not sold. Limited service providers may process data only to host the portal, store submissions, or deliver notifications.

Retention and requests

Records are kept only for legitimate business, compliance, and legal purposes, then deleted when no longer required. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact Sirhc Property Management by mail at P.O. Box 672, Garden City, MI 48136, or call 313-451-1550.

No internet service can be guaranteed completely immune from unauthorized access. Sirhc uses reasonable safeguards and limits the sensitive data collected at this stage.
